Rodeo Rebellion Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing with Rodeo Rebellion. We hope you love your order! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a store credit only. As a small Aussie business we DO NOT offer refunds. 

 

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. No Exceptions.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed
  • Item(s) must have tags attached 
  • Item(s) must be in the same condition they were received
  • Item(s) are returned at customers expense

EXCHANGES

We do not accept direct exchanges. Your exchange will come in the form of a store credit/gift card to re-purchase your item(s) once your return has been inspected. If you require your item(s) ASAP please make a new purchase for the item(s).

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order at your earliest convenience. All items are inspected for faults during the fulfilment process. However, in the very rare instance that your item(s) is damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately via email: rodeorebellion@outlook.com. Please include photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) in your email.

 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Unfortunatley, the following items CAN NOT be returned: 

  • Gift cards/store credit
  • Final sale items 
  • Jewelry 
  • Hats and hair accessories

 

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds.

 Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed.
